The most important thing to remember is that you can get out of a bad situation before you even get into one. Being prepared is an advantage on it's own. Being aware and knowing what to look for could win a fight before it's begun.

We want you to become a warrior in your own right, and there are a simple handful of techniques that will make you dangerous to attackers and not to yourself. Looking cool counts for nothing in a fight.

Knowing what to do and knowing that you can do it are two very different things. We will give you practice in the skills we teach you so if the time comes, you can be confident in your skills.
